Trovians, the veil between the living and the afterlife is growing thinner, and something sinister is lurking on the other side!
From October 20 at 11:00 AM UTC until November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM UTC, Shadow’s Eve returns to Trove with Lost Souls in need of help, mysterious creatures, and spooky rewards waiting to be discovered!
But this year, helping souls cross over won’t be enough. Q’bthulhu has set his sights on the veil, sending dark creatures to stop them from reaching the afterlife. It’s up to you to help Fiona Catastra protect the Lost Souls and prepare them for what lies ahead!
Here’s what awaits you:
👻 Help the Lost Souls: Meet Wolfsly in the Hub, follow the event questline, and help wandering souls recover their lost memories, missing book pages, and broken instruments.
⚔️ Face the Darkness: Explore Adventure Worlds, defeat Bad Souls, and collect Ghostly Light and Bad Soul Essence to craft powerful Soul Gear.
🛡️ Protect the Afterlife: Equip Lost Souls with Soul Gear and defend them against waves of Chaos Creatures as they prepare to cross the veil.
🎃 Collect Spooky Rewards: Gather Chaos Essence to unlock new event collectibles, including the Ghostly Wheels mount, Curious Cauldron and Armored Andy allies, Soul Sentry costume, and Ghastly Gathering aura! You can also discover returning collectibles at the Shadowy Station.
The Lost Souls are counting on you, Trovian! Will you help them find peace, or will Q’bthulhu’s darkness claim them forever?
👻 Grab your gear, brave the shadows, and help the Lost Souls cross over safely!
Your Trove Team!
